Celebrities Serve Up Delectable Fare at the Annual Celebrity Waiter Dinner

Each year Local celebrities throughout the Greater Walton Area serve up delectable fare at the Annual Celebrity Waiter Dinner held in August at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa. The Dinner begins at 6:00 pm at ends at 8:30 pm. This year’s theme, “Somewhere in Time…A Night at the Movies” represents a variety of eras and decades from movies Casablanca to West Side Story and Forest Gump, the celebrity waiters will bring their guests with them as they rewind or fast forward in time.

There will be an array of festivities throughout the evening, including a silent auction which includes items such as accommodation getaways, fine art from local artists, a dinner cruise, massage packages and much more.

Tickets are $55 per person and all proceeds from the event will go to the Chamber Foundation which provides programs such as Leadership Walton, Athena International and the newly launched Youth Leadership Program. There will also be a silent auction with “high-end” items from area businesses to bid on. Waiters can use the silent auction to generate additional revenue for their tables. The winning bids will be added into the table’s final totals in order to determine which waiter raised the most money for the evening.
