Bio / Experience:

Sandi Fowler, a native of Alabama, relocated to Destin, Florida in 1997 with her husband, Michael. Sandi worked in the legal community for 11 years before joining the Sandestin Human Resources team in 2003. In her current role, Sandi is the Director of Human Resources for Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, the Marriotts located at Sandestin, and the Cottage Rental Agency located at Seaside, Florida. She is a member of the national Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and past committee chair for the Emerald Coast Chapter. Sandi recently earned certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She has served as a Loaned Executive for the United Way of Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Sandi is a 2008 Leadership Walton graduate and has served as chair of Leadership Walton Alumni. She is an active participant in Leadership Walton Alumni, the BUILD Council, and serves on the Walton County Youth Leadership Council. Sandi and her husband celebrated their 19 year wedding anniversary this month with their two children, Justin (14) and Alex (7).
