Bio / Experience:

Tess McLaughlin grew up in Destin and graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Troy University, Florida Region. After graduation, Tess continued her career in retail sales and management. She worked for Bellsouth/ AT&T Advertising & Publishing from m2004 to 2007. In 2007, Tess joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor and is a partner in the team of Beam, McLaughlin, & Associates.

Tess has been actively involved in the Junior League of the Emerald Coast for the past 8 years, serving as Recording Secretary and VP-Elect of the Communications Council. She is a board member of Children’s Volunteer Health Network, a local non-profit organization based in Okaloosa & Walton Counties. She is also a volunteer with Emerald Coast Hospice.

Tess resides in Santa Rosa Beach.
