Colleen Riddle, owner of Elite Physique Personal Training LLC, has been an avid exercise enthusiast her entire life. She grew up as a competitive swimmer and learned early on how good it felt to set goals, work hard and achieve them. She reached her ultimate swimming goal of getting a scholarship to college. She swam competitively at Florida State University. Go Noles!Colleen’s passions for fitness fits perfectly with her career of helping others reach their inner potential. Whether it is losing weight, creating an overall healthy lifestyle, or improving skills as a competitive athlete, Colleen thrives on helping others accomplish their fitness goals.
Colleen is an active member of the Walton County Chamber of Commerce and won Ambassador of the year for 2006. When she’s not training her clients or working out herself she enjoys spending time with John, her husband of ten years, and their two “kids” Mason (dog) and Dixie (cat). She also enjoys cycling, going to the beach, and relaxing with friends.
